After removing the casting from sand and any cores, the remove of gating system is executed with a cutting machine in the dedicated department. 

All castings are deburred and sandblasted: small and medium series in manual way, big series in robotic way. Other treatments and processing are agreed with the customer.

The cut can be carried out manually or automatically, depending on the volumes and complexity of the piece.
